Through fieldwork, we learned that educating children cannot be separated from the well-being of their families. Many children are primary earners, forced into labor instead of attending school. To address this, we integrate education with vocational training, equipping children and youth with skills that enable them to support themselves with dignity.

Health is as important, too. A child cannot focus on EDUCATION if he or she is ailing, and families who face medical emergencies usually withdraw their children from school. Success for any child depends on the health and empowerment of its mothers, further demonstrating this integration of education, health, and economic empowerment.
